• Do you offer printing services?

  Yes. We offer printed projects of all types. Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes, Flyers, Brochures, Post Cards, Rack Cards, Newsletters, Presentation Folders, Posters, Door Hangers, Specialty Packaging, Labels, Magnetics, Signs, Banners, and more. We are continually adding new products and generally we can accommodate your needs. We design it and prepare it for printing. Deliver a finished product to you or ship it where you need it to go.

• I don't see the services I need. Do you offer other services?

  Absolutely! Flying Toad Graphics is a full-service studio for many projects not listed on our website. If you have a need for a specialized service or a project that may be out of the ordinary, just give us a call or drop us an email.

• I already have a printer I work with, will you design for other printers?

  Yes. We will design and prepare a digital file for you so you may hand it off to a commercial printer. We may need to talk with your printer prior the final stages of getting your files “Press Ready.” We use professional software file types that are industry standard for the printing industry.

   

  It is in your best interest that you have us take care of the printing process from start to finish because of the many details that can follow a job. From time to time, there may be complications on a project for one reason or another and we want to make sure correct decisions are being made to complete your job correctly.

• Is there an advantage to have a print designer handle my printing?

  By having a print designer handle your work, you will be advised on the decisions you make as an added value to your project. We work with printers from all over the country and know who we can trust as well as which printers offer a good value. Designers and printshops in the trade who are outsourcing work are taking advantage of newer technologies and more efficient ways of printing. This translates into high quality printing and competitive pricing, which is passed along to our clients.

• Will you work on other people's digital files?

  Yes, in most cases, however, it depends on the age of the software and the condition of the digital file. We can review and analyze your files and let you know if there is a problem.

• Do you keep a backup of my project you design?

  If we design a project for you, we will archive it for future reference. Digital files can be subject to corruption and we cannot guarantee their safety forever. As technology changes, older software can become problematic and eventually left behind. It is our practice to keep important files up to date and in good condition.
